MAPFHA Events Committee

Join us in planning 2025 events!

 

This committee is  is made up of interested members and is responsible for:

 

- Meeting bi-monthly via Zoom to:

     - Deciding what events MAPFHA will host Clinics, Shows, or other member Events.
     - Planning Association events
     - Creating comprehensive event plans 
           - including event types, goals, and desired outcomes


     - Create funding and marketing plans, including all estimated expenses. Determine how to solicit/raise additional funds if needed.
     - Sourcing locations/facilties, vendors, etc.
     - Setting participant cost and process
     - Support, participate, and/or create plans to ensure event is supported and staffed

 

Communicate with the MAPFHA Board Regularily on:
     - Events and budgets for approval
     - Event progress
     - Event evaluation and follow up

 

Requirements - MAPFHA membership

 

 

Committee Meetings will be:

Wednesday, July 24th  7-8p
